Pueo is seeking a Program Manager for Zero Trust initiatives to support the CIO ZT program onsite in Reston, VA or McLean, VA (Reston preferred). Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
• Master’s degree in business administration, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related discipline and 12 years of experience in program management in federal/DoD environments; 18+ with no degree.
• Knowledge of Agile/PMBOK, federal cybersecurity frameworks, and Zero Trust fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of IC/DoD Zero Trust goals, principles, and priorities.
• Ability to maintain records of decisions, action items, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders (technical teams, contractors, partners).
• Support Government ZT Program Manager in planning, execution, and oversight.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Track program performance and report progress to leadership.
• Identify risks and recommend corrective actions to maintain momentum.
• Provide expertise on Zero Trust concepts and best practices.
• Ensure alignment with CIO cybersecurity initiatives and federal frameworks.
• Maintain program documentation and prepare executive briefings.
