Job summary

Prudential Financial seeks a Lead Network Security Analyst to join the Network Security Strategy & Analysis team within ISO Infrastructure Security. You will assess enterprise network security capabilities, identify risk and debt, and develop actionable roadmaps for Zero Trust, segmentation, NAC, ZTNA, and firewall modernization.

You will partner with multiple security domains to translate analysis into prioritized actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop analysis plans, evaluate options and deliver recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state analyses of network security architecture, controls and technical debt across environments.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and risk-reduction plans for Zero Trust, segmentation, NAC, ZTNA, firewall and related capabilities.
• Analyze telemetry and vulnerability data to identify material risks and harden the environment.
• Functionally lead workstreams and mentor others without people-management responsibility.
• Partner with engineering teams to validate findings and drive remediation milestones.
• Contribute to security architecture reviews and document requirements, risks and decisions.
• Communicate security risks and tradeoffs to technical and business stakeholders with concise, evidence-based recommendations.
• Define metrics and contribute to executive reporting on risk reduction and roadmaps.
