Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Lead, Network Security Analyst to join the ISO Infrastructure Security Team within Global Technology. The role requires strategic, analytical leadership to advance Zero Trust, segmentation, NAC and other security programs across campus, data center, cloud, and remote environments.

You will partner with Network Engineering, Operations, Cloud and Identity teams to drive risk reduction, roadmaps, and milestones while translating complex security findings into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Extensive enterprise network security engineering experience.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear recommendations.
• Experience with agile delivery and cross-functional execution.
• Strong written and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state assessments of network security architecture and controls.
• Develop target-state architectures and risk-reduction roadmaps.
• Analyze telemetry, assets, vulnerabilities to identify material risks.
• Lead workstreams and mentor team members without people management.
• Partner with engineering teams to validate findings and remediation milestones.
• Participate in security architecture reviews and document requirements.
• Contribute to reusable security reference architectures and patterns.
• Communicate risks and tradeoffs to technical and business stakeholders.
• Define outcome-based metrics and help report risk reduction to executives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and influence strategy.
• Serve as network security SME within ISO Infrastructure Security Team.
