Job summary

Prudential Annuities Distributors (PAD) seeks a Lead Network Security Analyst to assess enterprise network security, identify risk and debt, and road-map Zero Trust, NAC, and segmentation across campus, data center, cloud, and remote-access environments.

You will partner with multiple security and engineering teams, translate findings into actionable plans, and communicate complex risks to executives. This role emphasizes strategic thinking and influence rather than daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent security experience.
• Advanced network security engineering, architecture, or advisory experience in a large enterprise.
• Ability to lead complex work with minimal guidance and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state analyses of network security architecture, controls and debt.
• Develop roadmaps and risk-reduction plans for Zero Trust and segmentation.
• Mentor teammates and communicate risk to executives with evidence-based findings.
