Goodyear Texarkana is seeking a Manufacturing Unit Leader to drive safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity across the plant using GPS. You will lead daily operations, reinforce standard work, and push continuous improvement to achieve the annual plan.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing with 5+ years in leadership, experience in unionized operations, and a track record in continuous improvement, zero-loss, lean, and TPM.

Competenze

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience in production, quality, or engineering.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a unionized operation with continuous improvement background.

Mansioni

• Lead daily Manufacturing Unit operations and drive GPS adoption.
• Optimize value stream from materials to finished goods with data-driven decisions.
