Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives across its Texarkana facilities.

You will develop hazard‑free operations, deliver training, and support compliance with applicable regulations while aligning EHS with business objectives. You will oversee incident investigations, manage regulatory permits, and drive continuous improvement in emissions testing, waste disposal, and spill prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7+ years in an EHS-related field across multiple locations and states.
• Experience developing, implementing and maintaining EHS programs.
• Experience measuring EHS plan efficacy and adjusting tactics.

Responsibilities

• Develop EHS protocol and implement training to ensure compliance.
• Manage incident investigation process for EHS events across locations.
• Liaise with corporate EHS for ongoing communication and reporting.
• Ensure centers are permitted for environmental laws and manage waste/chemicals.
• Oversee emissions testing and ensure retread plants comply with regulations.
• Design hazardous spill prevention/response plans.
