Eaton’s Power Reliability Division seeks a 1st Shift Production Supervisor at the South Milwaukee, WI facility. This role drives department processes via Eaton Business Systems and supports the Plant Manager in creating a zero-incident culture while maximizing output and maintaining machinery.

The annual salary range is $86,000–$126,000, reflecting skills, experience, and market considerations. Expect collaboration across shifts, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 1 year of Production Supervisor or Team Lead experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years Production Supervisor or Team Lead experience.
• Ability to work weekend OT as assigned on a rotating basis.
• Relocation benefits are offered within 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Zero Incident Safety Culture by addressing safety concerns with team members.
• Align department requirements with the Quality Management System and pursue no defects.
• Manage department operations to meet on-time delivery and production requirements.
• Lead Continuous Improvement using standard work, daily accountability, and 5S.
• Develop direct reports and coordinate cross-training across shifts and departments.
• Plan staffing, training resources, and overtime to meet delivery commitments.
• Provide coaching on safety, quality, and productivity performance.
• Review daily work schedules and in-process inventory for alignment with goals.
• Communicate delivery status and delays to customers; lead accountability meetings.
