Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of supervisor or team lead experience in manufacturing OR HS diploma with 5 years of supervisor experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Production Supervisor/Team Lead experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work weekend OT on a rotating basis.
• Relocation benefits offered within 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI.
• Willing to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive a zero-incident safety culture by addressing safety concerns with the team.
• Align department with Eaton’s Quality Management System and no-defect mentality.
• Manage department operations to meet on-time delivery and production requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement through standard work, daily accountability, and 5S.
• Coordinate training and cross-training; lead daily accountability and weekly meetings.
• Oversee daily schedules, inventory reports, and communicate delivery status to customers.
• Coordinate with other support functions for maintenance and improvements.
