Job summary

Generac Power Systems, Inc. is hiring an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist for our Beaver Dam, WI site. The role focuses on implementing the safety program, ensuring OSHA/EPA/Wisconsin DNR, DOT compliance, and driving toward a zero-incident culture.

You will conduct facility audits, hazardous waste management, training, incident reporting, and cross-functional coordination. SAP experience and safety program implementations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience implementing occupational safety and environmental programs.

Responsibilities

• Implement the organization’s safety program and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor facility and processes for OSHA, EPA, WDNR, DOT, and local regulations.
• Lead environmental monitoring, reporting, and audits to pursue zero incidents.
• Coordinate training, inspections, and recordkeeping for safety compliance.
• Act as SAP Super User within the EHS function.
