McCarthy Stone is seeking a Zero-hour Care Supervisor to support our team at a retirement community. You will help residents stay safe and independent, respond to emergencies at night, and assist with daily care tasks while coordinating social activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior care role.
• Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A caring, friendly and reliable attitude.
• Team leadership experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' safety, wellbeing and independence.
• Respond to emergency calls during night shifts.
• Oversee and assist with day-to-day care tasks.
• Coordinate and support engaging social activities.
