Qualifications

• Culinary degree required and RCFE regulatory knowledge.
• Minimum five years in fine dining or senior living culinary management.
• Ability to lead diverse teams under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and culinary management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation and presentation in all dining venues.
• Ensure menus and recipes meet nutritional balance and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with DSS Title 22, CDPH, and HACCP standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Director of Nourishment on staffing and scheduling.
