Job summary

Enso Village, a Zen-inspired senior living community in Healdsburg, CA, seeks an Executive Chef to lead the culinary program in alignment with our mindfulness and quality standards.

You'll manage day-to-day kitchen operations, menu execution, staff supervision, and compliance with RCFE regulations, while partnering with the Director of Nourishment to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in fine dining, hospitality, or senior living culinary management.
• Strong understanding of RCFE dietary and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and maintain quality under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and culinary management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily kitchen operations, menu execution, and staff supervision.
• Maintains compliance with DSS Title 22, CDPH, and HACCP standards in all food handling and preparation.
• Assists Director in managing food and labor budgets and inventory control.
• Engages with residents for feedback; supports special events and themed dining programs.
