Hudson Restaurant Group is seeking a capable General Manager to lead a Zaxby’s location, focusing on people, culture, guest experience and financial performance.

This hands-on leadership role requires building a strong team, maintaining high operating standards and owning results in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will drive sales, manage costs and uphold brand standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Restaurant-management experience required.
• General Manager or comparable leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, inventory, labor and cost management.
• Ability to review restaurant performance and develop improvement plans.
• Willingness to lead hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

• Address guest and team-member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the restaurant’s equipment, facility and overall appearance.
• Communicate restaurant performance, staffing and operational needs to above-store leadership.
• Take ownership of the restaurant’s people, culture and results.
