The Guidance Center in Leavenworth, KS is seeking a part-time Youth Psychosocial Program Group Leader Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. The role provides attendant care and supports youth in the YPP program, with evening shifts after 5 p.m.
You will facilitate groups, encourage client engagement, transport when needed, and document notes in line with our Quality Improvement standards. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Youth Psychosocial ProgramGroup Leader Assistant - PT to be the newest member of our innovative interdisciplinary team. This position provides attendant care services to clients participatingin the Center’s YPP program. Evenings Required (1+ days per week after 5 p).
EDUCATION:
High school graduate or GED required.
Must have completed one year of college course work in the field of human services, or have one year of experience in the field of human services, or
oneyearcombination of education and work experience in the field of human services
EXPERIENCE:
Required: atleast 6 months experience working with individuals in the community. Experience gained through practicum experience or volunteer work can be included.
Preferred: experience working with individuals with mental health issues.
