You will shape raw conversations into clear, high-retention long-form YouTube videos, owning the cold open, story structure, pacing, visuals, audio, captions, revisions, and final handoff. This is not an assembly-line edit role.

Responsibilities

• Review source recordings, transcripts, outlines, and creative direction.
• Build cold opens that establish the promise fast and earn the next minute.
• Shape the full story: remove repetition, clarify ideas, strengthen transitions, and protect momentum.
• Use AI for transcript analysis, selects, rough cuts, cleanup, captions, graphics, or quality control while keeping editorial judgment human.
• Maintain organized project files, versions, naming, and handoff notes.
