You’ll work as a fully remote, per‑project contractor, deliver on a reliable weekly batch, adapt edits to each platform, and use AI tools while preserving editorial judgment and quality.

Responsibilities

• Review podcasts, long-form videos, and recordings to identify strong moments.
• Build the cold open and structure the clip for immediate clarity.
• Edit vertical videos with pacing, captions, clean audio, and visual support.
• Adapt edits to the idea and platform, not a single template.
• Use AI for transcript search, clip discovery, rough cuts, captions, and QA while keeping human editorial judgment.
• Deliver organized files, clear versions, and platform-ready exports.
