Job summary

CGE in the United States is seeking an A+ retention video editor to join our fast-growing content team. You will edit 15+ minute talking head YouTube videos, focusing on audience retention and engagement while matching our brand tone.

Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas, maintain organized files and timelines, and deliver high-quality videos on tight deadlines. This is a fully remote, full-time role with room to grow as the channel expands.

Qualifications

• Previous experience editing engaging long-form (talking head) YouTube videos.
• Expertise in video editing software including but not limited to: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your video editing skills and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Edit 1-2 high-quality long-form, landscape videos (15+ minutes) per week, focusing on retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and execute creative video concepts.
• Ensure all video content aligns with our brand’s tone, style, and message.
• Maintain organized video files and project timelines for streamlined production.
• Communicate effectively with the team to meet deadlines and project goals.
