Job summary

Beanstalk Consulting is seeking a Full-time Social Content Editor & Creator to craft compelling long-form edits and punchy short-form clips for IG/TikTok/YouTube Shorts. This remote role collaborates directly with the founder, handling video editing for podcasts, YouTube episodes, and paid social ad creative, with a fast feedback loop.

You'll own the production queue, add captions and graphics, and help shape what gets made next.

Qualifications

• Experience editing long-form (podcasts/YouTube) and short-form (Reels/TikTok).
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; CapCut for shorts.
• Strong pacing sense; quick judgment on clips.
• Polished captions/banners; cohesive thumbnails.
• Able to read retention data and adjust cuts accordingly.
• Manage production queue and help build briefs.
• Communicate quickly when blocked.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form video (YouTube episodes, podcasts, interviews).
• Cut finished short-form clips for IG, TikTok, X, Shorts.
• Help decide what gets made next with your angles and hooks.
• Own the queue; move footage through stages to posted.
• Add captions, banners, and graphics consistent with platform style.
• Build and maintain a thumbnail template for consistency.
• Edit video ad creative for paid social and hand to ads team.
• Speak up when a hook is off or clip misplaced.
