A Fortune 100 financial institution is seeking a skilled YouTube SEO Specialist to optimize and enhance the visibility and performance of existing video content on their YouTube channel.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and search terms relevant to existing YouTube content
• Optimize existing YouTube videos by updating titles, descriptions, tags, and other metadata based on best practices and keyword insights
• Create visually engaging and SEO-friendly thumbnails to improve click-through rates
• Analyze YouTube analytics and SEO performance metrics (search rankings, impressions, click-through rate, watch time, etc.) to inform ongoing strategy
• Provide regular reporting on SEO performance and recommendations for continued improvement
• Develop YouTube SEO best practices based on findings and apply them consistently across the channel
• Collaborate with internal teams to share optimization insights and support future video content strategies

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in YouTube SEO, Video Optimization, or Digital Marketing
