Join our dynamic team in a role that combines strategic marketing copywriting with direct member engagement. You'll be the voice of Open Studio, crafting compelling content for our 600k subscriber YouTube community while building meaningful connections with our members through personalized communications. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the rapidly evolving music education industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Copywriting (50%)

• Write engaging descriptions for YouTube videos, podcasts, and educational content to drive engagement
• Develop and execute weekly promotional email campaigns to nurture, educate, and convert our member community
• Create SEO-optimized blog content to expand our reach and establish thought leadership in jazz education
• Support sales funnels with persuasive copy that converts prospects into engaged members

Member Experience & Support (30%)

• Manage member inquiries through HelpScout inbox with professionalism and expertise
• Handle sales inquiries and convert prospects through consultative selling
• Provide personalized support, course recommendations, and navigation assistance

Visual Content & Design (20%)

• Create simple graphics, promotions, visual assets, promotional materials, and website elements using Canva.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards for campaigns and member communications

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of marketing copywriting experience in education, entertainment, or similar member-focused industries
• Proven track record creating email campaigns, content marketing, and conversion-focused copy
• Exceptional written communication skills with keen attention to detail
• Sales acumen with ability to build relationships and drive conversions
• Tech-Savvy with experience in our tech stack tools: Helpscout, Drip, Notion, Slack, Leadpages, Google Analytics, Google Suite, etc.
• Working knowledge of Canva for creating professional marketing graphics
• Bonus : Background or passion for music, particularly jazz
