Qualifications

• Full-time availability Monday through Friday.
• Able to work in person in Las Vegas.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Basic comfort with computers and learning new technology.
• Professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Research potential podcast guests and maintain an organized guest pipeline.
• Draft guest outreach and manage persistent, professional follow-ups.
• Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, releases, arrival instructions, and other guest logistics.
• Prepare and reset the podcast studio before and after recordings.
• Greet guests and help create a smooth, professional recording-day experience.
• Organize, label, transfer, and back up video, audio, and production files.
• Learn basic production and editing tasks, including raw cuts and multicamera angle switching.
• Maintain calendars, task lists, production notes, and administrative systems.
• Keep the studio and office clean, organized, stocked, and ready for use.
• Handle shipping, returns, pickups, equipment runs, and occasional errands.
• Help solve unexpected problems in a fast-moving media company.
