Job description

Las Vegas | In studio and on location shoots with travel as needed

Reports to Creative Director, Marketing Team

Position Overview

We are seeking a Videographer / Editor who can execute established creative direction while also contributing original concepts on smaller productions. This role supports a premium, aspirational brand and requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, lighting, and post-production craft.

You will work closely with the Creative Director and Social Media Manager to produce content ranging from studio campaigns and paid advertisements to YouTube videos and social media content. On larger productions, you will assist in executing approved creative direction. On smaller shoots, you may be responsible for developing a loose concept, sourcing locations, outlining a script, capturing footage, and delivering the final edit.

This is a hands‑on production role. You must be comfortable lighting talent in studio and on location, setting up and managing sound, and producing polished edits with efficient turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute creative direction for campaign, brand, and social video content
  • Independently conceptualize and produce smaller‑scale shoots from idea through final delivery
  • Develop loose scripts, shot lists, and storyboards to align stakeholders before production
  • Film and edit video content for social media, YouTube, paid advertising, and internal needs
  • Apply strong pacing, caption timing, and visual rhythm that aligns with platform expectations
  • Create clean 2D informational graphics and motion elements to support marketing messaging
  • Assist on high‑production campaign shoots in the studio and on location
  • Light talent effectively in controlled studio settings and variable field environments
  • Set up and manage audio, including wired and wireless systems
  • Manage post‑production workflow, including color correction, sound mixing, formatting, media organization, and archive maintenance
  • Improve production efficiency and editing workflow over time
What Success Looks Like in 6 Months
  • Independently producing small‑scale shoots with minimal oversight
  • Supporting larger campaign productions confidently and professionally
  • Delivering social edits with strong pacing and reduced revision rounds
  • Contributing creative storytelling ideas that enhance brand voice
  • Improving turnaround speed without sacrificing production quality
Qualifications
  • 3 plus years of professional videography and editing experience
  • Experience producing content for premium or aspirational brands preferred
  • Strong visual aesthetic and advanced proficiency in Premiere and After Effects
  • Understanding of lighting for studio and on‑location production
  • Working knowledge of audio capture, including wired and wireless systems
  • Ability to integrate feedback quickly
  • Strong organization skills and attention to scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Experience creating simple motion graphics and 2D informational overlays
  • 3D modeling experience is a plus
  • Professional photography experience is a plus, but not required
  • Loose knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
