ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a broad, hands-on position supporting podcast production, guest coordination, and day-to-day studio operations.
A major part of the role is keeping potential guests, follow-ups, production tasks, and other projects organized and moving toward completion. Some days you may be coordinating with guests and preparing the studio; on others, you may be organizing footage, handling an equipment return, researching a potential guest, or solving an unexpected problem.
This is intentionally an early-career role for someone who wants to learn quickly and grow into greater responsibility. We are looking for someone dependable, resourceful, and willing to contribute wherever needed.
Professional podcast, YouTube, or editing experience is not required. We care more about work ethic, reliability, judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to learn. We are willing to train the right person.
