You will identify partnerships, negotiate competitive rates, and oversee sponsored content from sourcing to publication.

The role collaborates with the Account Manager and Creator Associate, owning creator strategy, relationships, and outcomes while driving measurable results for client campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in creator marketing or influencer partnerships.
• Hands-on experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing long-form YouTube sponsorships.
• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, audience performance, and formats.
• Experience negotiating rates, deliverables, usage rights, and terms.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and lead team members in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Source creators and negotiate sponsorships for YouTube campaigns.
• Oversee production from briefing to publication and follow-up.
• Review scripts, drafts, and ensure brand alignment.
• Ensure FTC and YouTube disclosure compliance.
