Job summary

Get Me Links is seeking a Content Lead who lives and breathes YouTube to own our content operation. You’ll guide the team, shape the direction, and ensure our videos, pages, and campaigns convert visitors into leads.

You’ll not edit videos but direct editors, writers, and designers to deliver high-quality output that aligns with our brand voice. By focusing on hooks, retention, thumbnails, and pacing, you’ll create a scalable content strategy across YouTube, our website, and social channels,

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing or managing a YouTube channel for a business, agency, or B2B brand.
• Fluency in YouTube analytics, retention, CTR, thumbnails, titles, and the algorithm.
• Experience creating or managing website content that drives conversions.
• Experience leading editors, writers, or creators and coaching output.
• A portfolio or show reel of real work with results.
• Experience marketing services and making intangible offers clear.
• Reliable internet and overlap hours.
• Experience in SEO, link building, or digital marketing agencies.
• Regularly using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
• Ran campaigns on Reddit, LinkedIn, or other communities.
• Experience with remote distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own our YouTube strategy: what we publish, why, and how each video performs.
• Own our website content: pages, blog, and landing pages, aligned with videos and optimized to convert.
• Repurpose content across social, LinkedIn, Reddit, and email.
• Review editors, writers, and designers with clear, specific feedback.
• Build campaigns from content that generate leads for our services.
• Run content sprints, set priorities, and keep the team shipping.
