Job summary

ACQ Media is seeking a YouTube Manager to translate Acquisition.com priorities into high-performing long-form videos. You will own titles, thumbnails, metadata, uploads, analytics, and back-catalogue optimization, driving subscriber growth and qualified traffic across ACQ brands.

You will shape content strategy with performance data, collaborate with the Design and Creative Producers teams, and lead AI-enabled optimization from concept to publish.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a high-volume YouTube channel.
• Deep command of packaging: thumbnails, titles, CTR, retention, algorithm.
• Strong analytics with data-driven decision making and A/B testing for YouTube content.
• Familiarity with AI tools for analytics, reporting, or workflow automation.
• Proficiency with project management tools and G-Suite; strong written communication.
• Able to operate fully onsite in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative direction of YouTube packaging across ACQ brands.
• Manage full upload operations end to end across channels with a complete QC checklist.
• Build and run an ongoing A/B testing framework for thumbnails and titles.
• Own YouTube analytics and build AI-powered workflows for data and reporting.
• Audit and re-optimize back catalogue and track impression/revenue lift.
• Collaborate with YouTube Partner Manager and rollout new platform features.
