The Business Technology team within YouTube is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Lead, YouTube Business Technology to architect and drive an AI-first transformation across YouTube’s core business systems. You will own the end-to-end Go-to-Market portfolio, unifying Support, Partnerships, Creator and Customer Success, and BI into a high-velocity ecosystem.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of leadership experience in Product Management, or Technical Solutions Delivery.
• 3 years of experience leading product teams and managing cross-functional technical initiatives, leading a team of teams.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python, SQL).
• Experience working directly with AI/ML teams to deliver automated or agentic solutions in a customer support context.
• Experience managing product roadmaps using prioritization frameworks, empathy maps, and design thinking.

• Lead continuous customer and partner discovery across creators, enterprise partners, and internal operators to translate complex operational pain points into crisp, prioritized product roadmaps and clear business OKRs.
• Move generative and agentic AI initiatives from proof-of-concept into production-grade tools that automate high-volume workflows, deflect friction, and elevate human decision-making.
