Job summary

List25 is seeking a remote Channel Owner who will take end-to-end ownership of a YouTube channel, from ideas and scripts to production and growth metrics. You’ll collaborate with leadership, leverage data to guide decisions, and directly influence analytics within days.

You’ll manage a team of editors and writers, maintain a daily publishing cadence, and drive video packaging tests to maximize CTR and engagement across the channel.

Qualifications

• You have actually run a YouTube channel and can show links and metrics.
• You think in packaging: topic, title, and thumbnail drive clicks.
• You read analytics fluently and translate data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Run the channel day to day, owning the publishing calendar and pipeline.
• Drive ideation by researching trends using analytics and competitors.
• Read and approve scripts for accuracy, pacing, and hooks.
• Manage editors, assign work, and ensure timely output.
• Own channel growth by testing packaging and optimizing CTR.
• Report weekly on shipped videos and performance changes.
