Job summary

Single Grain is seeking a hands-on YouTube strategist and channel lead to own Eric Siu's long-form content system across AI, marketing, entrepreneurship, and business. Build and run a long‑form YouTube operating system that publishes up to three strong videos per week, and improve packaging and retention while creating qualified audience action.

Qualifications

• Hands-on YouTube strategy for long-form content systems.
• Ability to own the channel loop from idea to packaging, production, publishing, measurement.

Responsibilities

• Audit and build a rolling topic and packaging pipeline from current ideas and source material.
• Produce multiple title/thumbnail routes for each approved video and outlines without scripts.
• Coordinate editors, thumbnail designers, researchers, and publishing support through delivery.
• Run packaging tests and use results to improve the next batch.
• Connect content clusters to relevant lead paths and maintain a four-week forward pipeline.
