Job summary

ANEW Tukwila Training Center in Washington is seeking a Program Coordinator to deliver comprehensive workforce development, education, case management, and supportive services for YouthBuild participants. You will serve as the main contact, provide career readiness instruction, and assist participants in removing barriers to education and employment.

The role requires an associate degree, 2+ years in related fields, strong communication, and the ability to work with community partners.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in workforce development, youth services, case management, or related field.
• Experience with YouthBuild, WIOA, or similar programs desirable.
• Commitment to DEI and equity in service delivery.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and screening of prospective YouthBuild participants.
• Deliver workforce readiness, career development, and employability training.
• Assist with resumes, cover letters, and mock interviews.
• Maintain participant records and enter data in program systems.
• Coordinate referrals to education, employment, and community resources.
• Support retention and career advancement through ongoing coaching.
