Responsibilities

  • Utilize resources to assess participants and determine progress across resiliency domains.
  • Deliver curriculum and oversee Transformational Micro-Credentials supporting resiliency and professionalism.
  • Administer TABE screening to monitor academic growth and track MSGs.
  • Develop and update Individual Success Plans aligned with participant goals and milestones.
  • Monitor progress, attendance, engagement, persistence, and adjust support plans as needed.
  • Outreach and re-engagement planning for participants missing services or at risk of dropout.
  • Serve as primary contact for participants and families to foster trust and accountability.
  • Coordinate with service providers to address housing, transportation, childcare, healthcare, mental health, employment barriers.
