Job summary

The Opportunity Alliance in Maine is seeking a full-time Children / Youth Case Manager for the Wraparound program serving Androscoggin County. You will provide home-based and community-based case management for youth aged 12-20 with mental health or developmental needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to set and pursue individualized goals.

Schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with the office in South Portland and service coverage across Region 2 (Androscoggin County).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively is required.
• Flexibility to work evenings is required.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements for family visitation.
• Clean driving record and ability to drive to meetings is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based and community-based case management services for youth and families.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and participate in weekly supervision.
• Work under the Program Director's supervision to deliver Wraparound services.
