Job summary

The Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) is seeking a Program Coordinator for the YAWL Work Based Learning program. The role oversees staff, delivers job readiness and career coaching, and coordinates internships to prepare youth for college and careers.

This full-time position reports to the Program Supervisor and requires coordination of workshops, partnerships, and comprehensive service delivery while meeting program standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience supervising a team of three or more staff.
• Experience working with San Francisco's diverse communities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Work Based Learning portfolio and supervise staff.
• Lead citywide outreach and cultivate partnerships to support recruitment.
• Coordinate internships, worksite placements and mentor participants.
• Ensure documentation, reporting and program compliance with standards.
