Job summary

The Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee the Young Adult Work Link (YAWL) portfolio, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality youth workforce services. You will coordinate workshops, manage referrals, and build partnerships with local employers to create opportunities for ages 16-24.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Experience working with diverse youth in workforce development programs.
• Experience supervising a team of three or more staff.
• Ability to work with ethnically diverse low-income youth and English learners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with MS Office/Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, and improvement of the Young Adult Work Link program.
• Lead outreach and development of partnerships with community and city partners.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with program standards and deliverables.
• Complete documentation, reports, and program deliverables timely.
• Supervise, coach, and train Program Specialists in content and outreach.
