Job summary

The Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) is seeking a Program Coordinator for the YAWL Workforce Development program. You will oversee the Young Adult Work Link portfolio, supervise staff, and coordinate trainings, workshops, and partnerships to deliver high-quality youth workforce services.

Responsibilities include outreach, assessments, career planning, and collaboration with partner providers to support youth 16-24 in reaching college, work, and productive adulthood.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Experience supervising a team of three or more staff.
• Experience with diverse youth backgrounds and youth workforce programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace and Zoom.
• Bilingual in Cantonese/Mandarin/Spanish and English preferred.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift or move at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and delivery of the Young Adult Work Link program.
• Lead staff supervision, trainings, and unit collaboration with partners.
• Ensure program quality aligns with standards and deliverables.
• Coordinate outreach, recruitment, and referral networks for priority populations.
• Provide case management support and develop individualized career plans.
• Organize job readiness workshops and coordinate GED attainment and education supports.
• Develop partnerships with employers and coordinate career exploration events.
• Support agency-wide events and collaborate with workforce team.
