Job summary

Commonpoint is seeking a Worksite Operations Coordinator for the Youth Employment department. The role focuses on managing worksite documentation, tracking youth placements, and supporting employer relations.

Travel across NYC boroughs may be required, and the role reports to the Manager of Employer Engagement. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, experience with data systems like YEPS, and a background in youth programs or nonprofits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar); Jotform, experience with YEPS or similar data management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in working with youth and employers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage worksite documentation and data entry into the YEPS system.
• Maintain organized database of job placements, internships, and employer partners.
• Track participant data and provide regular updates to program leadership.
• Assist in hours tracking, data approval processes, and audits.
• Proactively track outstanding and expiring worksite documentation and follow up with partners.
