Job summary

Three Rivers Therapy in Vancouver, WA seeks a Youth Peer to support care teams across office, community, and crisis settings. Your lived experience will guide mentorship and connections to clinical care while fostering hope and resilience.

You will develop materials, lead sessions, and coordinate with partners to expand peer-focused programming and access to resources. Travel within the service area is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and families.
• Personal lived experience as a youth who has received services within the past 10 years.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of community resources.
• Ability to represent the agency professionally within the community and develop collaborative relationships with community partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support across Three Rivers Therapy programs, locations, and shifts.
• Assist with program setup, planning, and supplies.
• Lead educational sessions and workshops for peer-focused programming.
• Build relationships with clients and community partners to expand services.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes for reporting.
