Job summary

Three Rivers Therapy in Vancouver, WA seeks a Family Peer in the Wise Program to support families navigating behavioral health systems. You’ll use your lived experience as a parent or caregiver to offer mentoring, advocacy, and practical support, helping families feel heard and empowered.

You’ll collaborate with care teams, develop peer-focused programming, lead educational sessions, document progress, and connect clients with community resources while traveling across service areas.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and families in behavioral health or related fields.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Program Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify program needs and develop educational materials and curriculum for peer-focused programming.
• Peer Support Services: Provide peer support across programs, assist with operations, represent the agency professionally.
• Education & Facilitation: Lead educational sessions and adapt content to be accessible.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships with clients and community partners to expand opportunities.
