Job summary

Three Rivers Therapy in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Youth Peer to join the WISeProgram, providing mentorship and practical support to individuals and families navigating behavioral health challenges. You will collaborate with care teams across office, community, and crisis stabilization settings, develop engaging educational materials, and connect clients with clinical care and resources.

Starting pay for Level I is $22.00 per hour with progression to Level II at $26.30 per hour, plus

Qualifications

• Level I qualifications include working with children and families, lived youth experience in community services, flexible hours, strong communication and documentation skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
• Level II requires all Level I qualifications plus CPSS certification or eligibility, additional experience with diverse populations, and experience with homelessness, substance use, mental health, or poverty.

Responsibilities

• Program Development: identify needs, goals, and develop peer-focused curriculum and resources.
• Peer Support: provide services across programs, assist with daily operations and represent the agency professionally.
• Education & Facilitation: lead sessions and adapt content for participants.
• Community Engagement: build relationships with clients and community partners.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain records and provide progress updates to management.
• Advocacy & Empowerment: connect clients with resources and support networks.
• Crisis Support: provide intervention following protocols.
• Transportation & Community-Based Services: transport clients and travel to serve areas.
