Job summary

Three Rivers Therapy, LLC in Vancouver, Washington, is seeking a WISe Counselor to provide comprehensive therapeutic support to children, youth, and families in a team-based Wraparound program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Eligible for Agency-Affiliated Counselor registration.
• Master's degree for Fully Licensed WISe Counselor and related licensure in WA.

Responsibilities

• Complete mental health intake assessment and secure authorization for treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment and service plans with the child and family.
• Conduct outreach to clients and families in homes, school, and community.
• Attend WISe Child & Family Team Meetings and contribute to care plans.
• Maintain documentation in line with Wraparound fidelity guidelines and state requirements.
