Responsibilities

• Supervise youth on third shift and ensure room checks are completed.
• Lead staff through shift, provide coaching and training.
• Maintain safety protocols, including suicide risk assessments.
• Document youth progress and incident reports in required systems.
• Coordinate with leadership during emergencies and meetings.
• Ensure hygiene, daily activities, and program setup.
