Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
• Licensed Master’s Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

• Knowledge of clinical theory, therapy, and systems.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and email applications.
• Driver’s license (Class E).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical counseling to clients with trauma focus (group, individual, family).
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Complete assessments and documentation (admission, trauma, suicide, substance use).
• Formulate and administer treatment plans.
• Engage in meetings, staffing, and client appointments.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure quality care.
• Coordinate insurance reviews for services.
• Assist in SCM restraints as needed.
