Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Family Therapy or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements (LMSW/LSCSW/LCSW/LMFT or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individual, group and family therapy.
• Participates as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Completes intake assessments, treatment plans, crisis and safety plans, and session notes.
• Enter documentation accurately and timely per KVC Missouri guidelines.
• Participates in on-call rotation and treatment reviews.
