Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and administer treatment plans.
  • Engage in meetings, staffing, and client appointments.

  • Assist in SCM restraints as needed.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing therapy to clients (may include individual, group, and/or family) and crisis intervention services. Completes assessments, documentation for services rendered, and case managed duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical counseling services to clients with a focus on those affected by trauma. Will provide group therapy and may provide individual and family therapy
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed
  • Complete various assessments and reports asappropriate such aspreadmission, admission, trauma, suicide, and substance abuse
  • Formulate and administer treatment plans
  • Participate in meetings, staffing, and other appointments with clients as needed
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external individuals and groups to provide excellent care, customerserviceand cooperation
  • Assure proper authorizations are in place prior to provision of services
  • Prepare insurance reviews for insurance companies
  • Assistin SCM restraints as needed
  • Other duties as assigned according to qualification of staff and development ofprograms

Education:Master’s degree in social work or counseling

Licensure/Certification:

  • Licensed Master’s Social Work orLicensed Clinical Social Worker
  • Licensed Professional Counselor
  • Valid Driver’s license and auto insurance with good record

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of clinical theory, therapy, and systems.
  • Oral and written communicate skills
  • Requires analytical ability necessary tomanagemoderately complexadministrative details such as preparing nonrecurring reports.
  • Independent judgement isrequiredto plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with attention to details
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and email applications
  • Must be able to work productively and respectful with individuals and families from diverse cultural background
  • Class E driver’s license
