• Understand Unaccompanied Refugee Minors Program deliverables and guardian responsibilities including timely post-guardianship requirements.
• Document services in case files, including crucial legal documentation that can affect the young adult's status.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour case management services to children and youth.
• Supervise assigned program staff including hiring, training, weekly supervision, and chart audits.
• Coordinate with community partners to ensure medical, mental health, education, recreation, and daily living needs are met.
• Present psychosocial needs and concerns in interdisciplinary meetings and care coordination meetings.
• Maintain professional environment compliant with contracts, licensing regulations, and agency policies.
