Job summary

Qualifications

• Registration with Social Work England is required.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK licence.
• Post-qualified experience preferred.
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of young adults and coordinate care across services and agencies.
• Advocate for rights and ensure access to appropriate support.
