Job summary

Covenant House Florida is seeking a Case Management Coordinator to lead and evaluate case management and youth services for ages 18-22 as they transition to independence. You’ll supervise a team of intensive case managers, coordinate daily activities, and ensure compliance with licensing and grant objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, crisis-intervention skills, and a commitment to trauma-informed practices. Travel/onsite work in Florida with Monday–Friday hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, behavior analysis, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Two years in leadership or team-support roles, preferably in case management or youth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to intensive case managers and advisors.
• Oversee daily/weekly case management activities and coordinate with program leadership.
• Ensure client records meet state license requirements and funding source standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor data in ETO and related systems.
• Lead crisis response and de-escalation actions as needed.
• Support onboarding and mentorship for staff.
