Job summary

Thrive Now Recovery Centers is seeking a Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy in a trauma-informed setting. You will assess, plan, and coordinate care, ensuring documentation meets state, federal, and payer standards.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client safety, stabilization, and long-term recovery outcomes while advancing your clinical practice and licensure goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Willingness to obtain a provisional clinical license in the state of employment (LMHC, LPC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, etc.).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy in a trauma-informed setting.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop and update treatment plans.
• Coordinate care and ensure high-quality documentation per standards.
• Document therapy services accurately and on time per Medicaid and licensing rules.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support integrated care.
• Support client safety, stabilization, and long-term recovery outcomes.

Skills

CPR & First Aid certification

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
