Job summary

Flourish is seeking a Therapy Program Manager to provide therapeutic, relational, and developmental services for youth in Flourish programs. You will provide one-on-one support, facilitate therapy, support groups, and help plan life skills programming that supports emotional wellness, healthy relationships, independent living, and long-term stability.

You will help maintain a safe, consistent, and trauma-informed home environment through coaching staff, strengthening crisis-response skills,

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed professional counselor (LPC) credential is required.
• Pass state and federal background screenings.
• Valid driver’s license required (Missouri in text; verify local rules).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapeutic support and facilitate therapy and group experiences for youth.
• Organize life skills programming and coordinate with Housing Program Manager to tailor activities.
• Coach staff on trauma-informed care, crisis response, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and team to ensure coordinated youth support and programming.
