Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. in Springfield, MA, seeks a full-time Program Supervisor for a Therapeutic Day Program.

The role ensures a safe, therapeutic environment and promotes healthy socialization for clients. The position includes developing and supervising staff, maintaining service delivery, enforcing policies, coordinating trainings, approving treatment plans and intake processes, and providing clinical support and crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services required.
• At least 3 years of experience working with youth with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the overall functioning of the Therapeutic Day Program and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for clients.
• Develop, maintain, monitor and supervise staff and service delivery of the program.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures and with contracting sources; coordinate staff meetings and trainings.
• Approve treatment plans and termination summaries; oversee complete client intakes; provide clinical support and crisis intervention as needed.
